Delivery & Returns
UK Domestic Orders:
All orders being shipped to a UK address qualify for complimentary delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. 4x6inch, 5x7inch, A5, 8x10inch and A4 prints are carefully packaged with cellophane wrapping, enclosed in a sturdy hardback envelope. For A3 posters, they are securely rolled and shipped in protective tubes. Royal Mail 1st Class is the chosen shipping method for most items unless otherwise requested. Please note that processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery within the UK is around 1-3 business days after dispatch. During busy periods like Christmas, kindly allow a few extra days. You'll receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.
Express Delivery:
To receive items the following day, place your order before noon and select the express delivery option during checkout. Express deliveries require a signature upon receipt and cannot be left unattended at the property. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before noon on Friday with express delivery will be delivered on Monday. If an order is placed after noon, it will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day.
International Orders:
International orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days using Royal Mail standard airmail. Please note that weekends and holidays are not factored into processing and shipping times. You'll receive an email confirmation when your international order is dispatched. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are approximately:
- Western Europe: Within 5 working days
- Eastern Europe: Within 7 working days
- Rest of the World: Major cities worldwide within 7 working days; other destinations within 7-10 working days.
Refused and Undeliverable Orders:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses during checkout. Address details are printed exactly as provided, so please ensure accuracy. Any undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility. If you wish to have a refused or undeliverable package resent, a shipping fee will apply.
Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned beyond this period will be sent back to the sender. As per the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, personalised prints/products or anything which is "specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, message or any other customised aspect that makes it unique to you (and therefore not resalable): are non-refundable.".
Customers must ensure the accuracy of personalized details during the order placement. We are not liable for customer errors. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, a refund notification will be sent via email, typically within 3-5 business days.
How to Make a Return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use an insured postal carrier for returns, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit. Send returns to the following address, including your name and order number:

Exchanges:
Items for exchange must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Damaged or used items will be returned to the sender. As per the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, personalised or uniquely customized items cannot be exchanged. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, follow the aforementioned return instructions. Include the full name from the original order, order number, and details of the desired exchange (e.g., size). Only like-for-like items will be exchanged.
